Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Texting with your friend sounds good.
I'm OK, I was just awake for no particular reason.
We've been to Tesco this morning for breakfast and a bit of shopping. I've also got my NHS pension claim form in the post after recently deciding not to go back to work.

No my daughter used to be so strong .due to abuse she is off work with panic attacks and anxiety she says she she no longer wonts to work on the shop floor.years ago when you went the doctors the receptionist new who you were not now and they do take so much abuse
I'm sorry to hear about your daughter and I hope she improves.
I was a receptionist and indeed did get some abuse, especially during covid when the surgery door was locked and most doctor's appointments were by telephone, but being an 'ard Scouser I was able to handle it.
This morning we've been getting the motorhome ready for our trip on Monday
