Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi.
I've been to the drs and have had hormone patches but they didn't seem to work.
I think it's my melenama tats doing it.
I think I probably will make another appointment with drs tho as it's happening a lot.
Sometimes tho I think it maybe anxiety and worry.
My level is 49, so I’m very confident I can reduce that further. My ultimate goal is to be in remission from diabetes-I’m very aware that this is the best I can hope for.

I was looking through photos tonight, and found one which marked the anniversary, 7 years ago tomorrow, of my very first chemotherapy treatment.
Gosh.
I don’t remember taking the picture but I must have. 7 years ago…it feels quite astonishing.

Hi Jannb7d8aa neuropathy is nerve damage, often brought on from cancer treatments. It is often in the hands and feet, with tingling and numbness. I have neuropathy in my back from radiotherapy I had 11 years ago. Mine is called late onset neuropathy as it only started last year, apparently radiotherapy is the gift that keeps on giving.
Some members do struggle to find their way around the site, and do need a little extra support from us champs as well as the admin team, so sometimes there is support going on behind the scenes that not everyone else will see. Hopefully Peggy will see that you have been asking after her and will be back to chat soon.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
