Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Thank you. Unfortunately was up most of the night with the eldest who was being.sick. he feels much better now thankfully. Must have been the fish from the chip shop!!! So much for it being a treat lol.
Mixed feelings about it, but I just have to get with it.
Have a great day x
Thank you so much Steve for your kind words and prayers. I share your feelings when it comes to patients younger than myself. It's heartbreaking to see patients so young battling this awful disease, but their strength is always so inspiring to everyone around them. Even though our sarcoma's are different, it's nice to meet another sarcoma warrior on here.

Huge congrats Steve on finding out you have a brother that you never knew about, you both must be so excited to meet in person for the first time! I'm really looking forward to hearing how it all goes, you guys will have so much to catch up on. Life's greatest treasures sometimes come when you least expect them, and you really have to cherish those special moments with family.

A couple of books I've just bought that were recommended to me... met with my oncologist this morning... no more chemo at this point because apparently the risks outweigh the benefits at this stage, so being let loose to hope that the treatments have worked... now, onto my own research to do whatever I can by myself to avoid recurrence.
Stacy, I'd say nervous is what I am feeling most!
Thanks
Steve (SteveCam)
Eddie, I probably wouldn't be as bad, but I don't have any contact with my 3 brothers and my sister, since my mother died over 15 years ago.
Families, who'd have them!!
I do have a hope though with Bruce. Will we look alike!
I'll let you know.
