Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

My family -& I love them - never chat & ask about me - Is that me being selfish or them just thinking "Mum & Nana" seems OK - just as mad as ever!
I don't think you're being selfish.
Now I've replied to your message you may get an email from MacMillan telling you that I have, I think these are what you have been receiving.

Awww Gilly you've been sussed, my friend, I guess your espionage days are over, well you know what they say, two heads are better than one, so your goal of talking to LOH, should happen sooner
, fab, it sounds like you've both had a lovely day, just what was needed after yesterday.
Eddie xx

Hi Eddie and yes, today's been lovely and pretty relaxed, for a very welcome change.
Helen and yourself don't waste a second and the Christmas markets should be fantastic. Just think of all that food Annette's also wanting to do the markets, but I'm not sure how far she wants to travel and probably not over to France!
PS I want to get LOH an app that features a Yorkshire accent or as near as possible - I don't mind really but it would be odd hearing a cockney accent in the room xxx
Good evening Jann, it's such a relief you've taken care of the emails/spam, and well done reporting them too, and little time with your family now sounds wonderful, but please keep on posting my friend, your getting better at it every day, and we all love chatting with you, and that's fab you're a nana my friend, as aren't grandkids the best and I can't imagine you being selfish sweetheart, my family can be a little standoffish at times, it's normal.
love Eddie and family xx

Hi again Jann. That's the ticket, knowing you can come here for chats, all the daft stuff and ups and downs. I'm also known by other names - bonkers, weird, crackpot, but I don't mind as I think I'm those too. I worked in a school in another life and got on better with the kids than the adults, as I was just as daft as they sometimes were. I had a great time and it certainly kept me young!
My eldest grandson is 21 and the youngest, a girl, is 13 with two other boys in between. Are you really a great grandmother? Strewth, hard to believe really. How much longer have you got left in Mijas now, and are you looking forward to going home when the time comes? I'm a nosey so-and-so xxx
