Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Helen.
I bet you're glad to be home, but I hope you get the engine sorted and the washing mountains conquered soon
I had to confess what I was up to, as LOH spotted the list I'd made of potential iPads. First there were tears, as he gets emotional easily these days, but it's turned to excitement as he's eager to communicate in a better way. He's ok texting but his writing's terrible, so we'll both benefit.
Here's hoping you manage a decent kip back in your own bed.
Big hugs xxx

Hi Jann and I've seen your message to Sarah hon, and Eddie will have too.
Aw, we're all here for you sweetheart and you carry on chatting in your own way, as I think you're a livewire. I can't believe you're a Nana, unless I read it wrong, as you sound too young! Anyway my lovely, I'll have to go AWOL for a bit as it's stoma time, but I'll be back soon. Hugs chicken xxx
