Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Oh yes, I love the country with farms, animals and all the greenery. Fabulous! Well the coal mining industry in the UK is all but gone too. I don't think we grow tobacco but many are giving up smoking now, so that industry will be going into decline in the coming years.
If you pay the fine before January, will you get your licence back? I don't drive as I wasn't much good, even though I took several lessons many years ago. My bloke can drive but had to give up; his surgery has left him with severe mobility issues in his neck and shoulders, so it's a no no for the foreseeable future.
Right, I'll take a guess it's about 7.10 pm where you are now. How far out am I? xxx
We live in West Yorkshire. The nearest big city is Leeds if you've ever heard of that. xxx
Actually dead on with time I actually used to drive towards truck and rollbacks for around 20 years but unfortunately I can't work that job anymore I miss it ( I never did repoes) I loved helping people
I've actually heard about in movies I don't know much about it but I don't see how you all drive on opposite side of rd and car lol
Is that what your job was, a truck driver? You must have enjoyed being on the road, unless you didn't like it. A couple of my uncles used to drive big lorries years ago.
That's probably why I was a lousy driver. Lol!
What you call trucks - same thing but different names. We speak the same lingo but with different names and pronunciations. You've found a whole new world just by joining us. xxx
And I'm loving it just getting to be able to talk and have a good conversation helping me a lot
Great stuff and I'll tell you something else - the C word hasn't been mentioned for several posts. Result!
