Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Ah, maybe not the one you're thinking about. We say that here if we don't want to say cancer. If you come across it again, you'll know now.
Sorry I was actually being a little sarcastic same meaning here
Hey Introuble, I'll be in trouble myself if I don't get to sleep soon as I've got to be up really early and it's heading towards one o clock. So, I'll let you get off, but it's been great chatting and hopefully we can again, when I don't have to get up. Bye for now my friend and take care xxx
That last post was supposed to be for you and I sent it to myself! Lack of shuteye, I've been up since five this morning. Night hon xxx
Morning Gill
Had a letter this morning from the DWP-I’ve won my case and had my full PIP award re instated and back pay calculated and paid from when they took it away!!
That’s a really good start to the day, so I thought I’d share that it IS possible to challenge the decisions they make about us and win against them. I was so anxious about needing to take this to the tribunal stage and the time that takes-usually at least a year-but I don’t have to now. I can relax and know that I can use the back pay for my gas/electric bills.
Hope everyone has a good weekend-I’m starting mine off in a smiley mood!
Sarah xx
