Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hello Steve Stevecam & Eddie eddiel
Now then boys, you know I don't wish to be pedantic BUT why would he be sitting at Widnes railway station - lets face it you can go to Manchester and Liverpool from there. Yes I know there's a Blue Plaque there!
The other theory is he was at Ditton (formerly Ditton Junction Station) which is in Widnes but it's on the mainline where you could get trains to Crewe and London.
I just like to give you something to think about!! (and Widnes is in Cheshire not Lancashire ).
Kind Regards - Brian.

Hi Eddie eddiel
Me a "lurker" no, you will find I have a post on page 1 of this thread - but yes I do keep my eye on what's gong on.
And yes I can see The Pennines from the front bedroom window (in fact Oldham is built on the foothills - at home we are 560 foot above sea level).
As to my cancer returning (it's never left to be honest with you and I knew I would be back on treatment) I have a great team at The Christie and I have every confidence I will win the fight. At the moment I feel well and mentally up for a new challenge.
Kind regards to you and Sheila xx
