Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Aw come on - I was only three months out. What do you expect for crossing my palm with 5p?
Anyway, fog's wonderful, especially when it's mysteriously cloaking mountains in its ethereal shroud (how's that for waxing lyrical?). If it lifts a bit, a photo with some mist sagging over the peaks would be spot on. If you ever decide to sell on said photos, I'll expect a generous commission to be heading my way.
Until then, my address is...
Keep having lots of fun in the su...fog. xxx
Afternoon Judith.
Well it's a competition between you and Steve... who's covering the most foreign soil. I think he set off before you and Alan, so he's probably in the lead right now.
I looked up Fessenheim and, apart from obsessing about the doomed nuclear plant, it looks lovely. Let us know your thoughts when you get home. Ah, the weather - we've had a thunderstorm here, so must be similar where you are. Definitely head south.
Great news you're sleeping well in the motorhome, so keep having a whale of a time. Hugs to you both xxx
Thunderclap Newman? Appreciate the storms Steve, as they don't half clear the air - exciting, too.
Oh, dear.. homeward bound tomorrow.so we may have a case of post holiday blues to contend with. I suggest a parmo for your next tea to cheer you up, something tasty to get your chops round.
Enjoy your last night to the full xxx
Yes, S and G. Just threw it in so you'll get an earworm tomorrow, but it is a great song.
The food sounds superb, but can it hold a candle to what I've had - potted meat sarnies? Or what my dad used to call it, potted dog. It might have come from his army days but dunno, really. Anyway, I digress. Get another bottle in xxx
