Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

I have to agree! They are too moorish though. I could go through a whole packet without thinking. Not just any old packet, but the double pack packets! Maybe even a box full of them. I'd need lots of cups of coffee though to dunk them all.
Nice to meet you by the way Sbird, I don't think we've met before. I'm Geoff, a newbie here. I've already got lost trying to find the toilet, but am slowly finding my way around.
Gill, we're in Niederau in the Tirol. It's been hot and sunny for the past 2 weeks. Lots of walking, not that far as I'm not that quick on my feet. But... the mountain air!!!
Came here 32 years ago, returned last year. Literally it's like a breath of fresh air.
Not really into Wiener Schnitzel, love a parmo though.
Up in the mountains today, drinking proper fresh alpine milk, got some amazing Cheese.
I've tried downloading more photos but they wouldn't work.
Bloody internet connection!
This is Rattenberg, it's like a jigsaw puzzle, the view.
This was supposed to have been sent last night (Thursday), but the mountains must have got in the way.
Steve (SteveCam)
I doubt rain will spoil your holiday Steve, it's too idyllic for that.
Hey, I was watching the news this morning and Isak officially qualifies as the most detested bloke in the North East. Just thought I'd drop that one in.
When you get home, give us a couple more photos please. I actually enjoy seeing folk's holiday snaps.
Have a great day xxx
Morning Helen.
I love soggy biscuits so dunking is a must!
I hope the site's not playing silly beggars again - I replied to Steve earlier but then got logged out and both posts went AWOL. Cripes!
How are you today hon? Any plans in the offing for warming the motorhome up yet?
Hugs xxx
Morning Gilly, I'm glad you like the donkey and for now goes by the name Wonky, though I'm open to a better one.
"It's good to talk", was a quote in BT adverts many years ago when we had to use phone boxes lol, often having to queue.
Bitting and bobbing day today. 2 bank payments need cancelling; I've tried online and got nowhere so will ask the bank to cancel them, I need a new phone and can get a 5G one for less than my current contract with a smart watch thrown in, a few calls to make and getting the car valeted, by which time Sheila will have finished work, and we can celebrate the 18th anniversary of getting together, she likes these things, I hope you are LOH have something nice on for today, and the picture is still yours if you want it.
love Eddie and Sheila xx
