Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

My vacuum conked out but I’ve managed to get one half price in the factory shop and it’s lovely and light.I wish I could have put the house on the market when mum first died but it was stuffed to the rafters so had to be cleared. It was in much better condition then.I got house clearance in but it still took a year to clear on my own. Then I had to deal with the auctioneer from hell, horrible woman with no people skills whatsoever.I got upset on the phone one day and she was shouting ‘why are you crying’ Mum had just died of course I was going to be upset. It’s all been incredibly stressful but things will improve once the house is sold.x
Hey Gill, how are you today?
OK here, have had a busy day, defo need the PMs back up and working!
Thankfully the fires are not in our area right now, and the temperatures have improved tremendously which is good.
As I said to Geoff, these forums really do alleviate the loneliness.
So grateful for your friendship
Aw Jane, my poor love. What a difficult time you've had and it's high time you got a big break from the stress. I can't tell you what I'd like to do to that auctioneer - she'd think twice about sneering at folk, I can tell you that!
Forget her, she's not worth your time. Wake up tomorrow with positive vibes and I'm sending you some more. I'm also willing all the viewers to fall in love with your house and start a heated bidding war, upping the price considerably. We can always hope. Lots of love to you both xxx
Aw and I'm grateful right back for yours hon. You know I consider you my virtual little sis.
Well thank goodness those fires aren't near and I even looked, to see if I could figure out where they were.
Yep, we need them back, but I can tell you Nige has got his tube and Ellise was with him in recovery, so that's better news for him. As soon as I can, I'll give you my mobile number so we don't lose touch if it happens again.
Big hugs and love xxx
To dunk, every time. I can go through a whole pack at one sitting, especially ginger biscuits, and the more gingery, the better. And let's not forget Sports Biscuits. Double yummy. Crikey, I'll be heading off to the biscuit tin at this rate! What have you done Kate?!! xxx
