Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Eddie. Friday was good - a bit warm still, but we worked hard at the exercises and really enjoyed the sarnies afterwards. No cakes in the restaurant but the café downstairs had chocolate cake so I got two slices to bring home.
I realised, when I had a look, that I knew the place as Ryhill as my lass and her fella sometimes go cycling there. Even with time restrictions we'd be ok to go ourselves, and not have to take all the stuff hubby needs for his care. You've given me a great idea to plan a surprise few hours out! Good work Eddie x
I didn't know you gave massages too; I find giving them strangely relaxing and no effort at all, so we're both getting the benefit and it switches my mind off daft thoughts. Hey, I'm glad you made Sian welcome; she's lovely but has no-one, other than hubby Darren, out in Portugal so another friend can only be a good thing for her. Thanks for that and you've gained a fellow chicken devotee!
Lots of love to you and Sheila xxx
Hi Sian, my Jack Russell pal is called Poppy, she's almost 8 1/2 now, and the hens don't mind her, the ducks keep their distance, lol.
Your hens look wonderful, are they Warren's?, not sure what the little ones are?, and what fab sheep, the one seeking shade under the fig tree must be the sensible one, but the other one looks very impressive.
I can't remember the pear variety, only it's the one you usually find in tins, and my little brother is big on walking, and for the last few years has been doing the pilgrimage walks, one takes 3 weeks the other nearly 4 weeks, both 100s of miles long.
Eddie xx
WOW Helen, that's wonderful my friend, I'll have everything crossed you have a a fab time. I'm off to Ayr on the 4th for 3 nights with friends, then an Argyll cruise on the 15th, just 6 nights with family, and Sheila's taking me on a Nordic cruise at the end of the month, just a week, it's my Christmas present lol. Bon Voyage sweetheart.
love Eddie and Sheila xx
It's a small world Helen, I'm sure she will be familiar with the lake and the pub by the road, do you have any connections to Yorkshire my friend, my only link to Wales was an auntie who used to live in Llantwit Major, before moving to Dorset 6 years ago.
love Eddie and Sheila xx
