I’m new to the group and just wanted to say hi, I was diagnosed with breast cancer this morning, definitely a lot to take in. X
im sorry to hear that, your right its all very overwhelming xx
I am finding im going through so many emotions and feelings one minute im really scared then the next im determined its really draining at the moment which i guess is very normal. I hope you will have your first appointment soon to start to discuss your treatment plan. I am seeing my surgeon this fri and to have an mri.
Also will get results from lymph node biopsy which is playing on my mind alot...
im going in for surgery on the 29th then radiotherapy follows will just see what happens after that, im the same think its all fine one min I've got this then I feel crap this is really happening, sucks you have to do this all on your own because you can't take anybody in with you.
Yes it really is i keep thinking how it's so awful we can have anyone at our appointments or to meet our oncology team. That's good you have surgery booked in, i am hoping i will hear when mine is when i see the surgeon fri, just want to get things started now.
fingers crossed you will find out fri, they don't seem to be hanging around xx
