Loss of my wife

This weekend was was the grandsons birthday I had the family staying with me ,we went over to my step daughter to celebrate his birthday it was going good I did have a little wobble it was very straHeartge without my wife being there , Kate who is my stepdaughter said keep going Jean would not want me to be mopping around she was right Heart️

    I had a good Saturday until the evening when I was by myself i did a 10k run in thx morning watched some cracking football and then I felt a bit down of out to volunteer at a junior Park run then going to get some fish for my tank ,I watch the fish for ages they make me feel relaxed and calm me down have a good weekend

    I speak Alexa all the time and my wife's picture I haven't got my wife's  ashers yet
