how do you cope with the loss of my fiancee? I've just been so sad and crying since January.

You're coping in the way most others do my friend. Me as well. We just have to cry ourselves out and then cry some more. Yet every now and again it stops. And we see something that distracts us from our grief. As you did when you decided to put up your post. For in this tiny happening something changes in us. And then we go back to tears again. This process goes on and on until without us realising it there are a few more periods of respite. Love for our beloved never dies and sometimes it will come as a smile from a happy memory. Just let the process work through you, for non of us are in control. It all comes from somewhere else.
Love and Light.
Geoff
At the end of all our journeying will be to find ourselves back where we started knowing the place for the first time. TS ELIOT.
