Hi I lost my mum on Thursday last week , realy struggling with the guilt of not been there throgh my life , the last 3 years has been great and now I feel angry for not been there with her though my hole life
Hi Niknak1
I am sorry to read that you lost your Mum last Thursday, I lost my Dad in April so I have some understanding of how you feel. It is difficult to deal with our own guilt, but often these guilts are unworthy of our time. Everything happens in its own way, some times that is out of our control, I know for sure I would have loved to have more time with my Dad.
I hope you find a way to come to terms with your own thoughts and feelings, time will be hard going forwards without Mum but it was good to read that the past three years for you and Mum had been great. That is worth keeping hold of.
Take care
