  • I had a nipple sparring mastectomy - subcutaneous mastectomy - with temporary implant

    My original surgeon was offering a full mastectomy. I researched an alternative: subcutaneous mastectomy (saving nipple & skin). I was referred to another surgeon. The result is cosmetically fantastic even with a temporary implant.
