    Spent the day on the internet and sitting in the garden in the 'spaced-out' way you get when you haven't slept. Not disturbing at all - your senses are kind of heightened aren't they? Sat outside for a little while to get my vitamin D fix. Then debated with myself whether to go to bed for a while or wait til bedtime and hopeully sleep better tonight.
