    Friday 28th August Well,friend came and we ate in on Thursday - they had the most delicious looking steaks and I didn't, haha. I've gone mostly vegetarian through natural inclination not 'choice'. Funny how we're drawn to different things - I've had a fish in batter phase, a noodle and cashew nut phase, a pasta and tomato phase, a strawberry phase... and at the time, they've all made some kind of sense.     Afternoon all, Well the Consultant rang back this afternoon. I will be hearing from hospital with an appointment for next week for the fitting of the hickman line. Surprise was that they're keeping me in and starting the IVE chemo the following day. This involves 3/4 days being hooked up. If everything goes well, they'll let me out for 2/3 days then back in for observation when my bloods drop. There'll be a CT scan after…

    Morning all. My internet went off early last night (boo).It's back now (hurray).
