    Any way, after the diagnosis, we have a steady week or two, we know what we have to deal with, pain management is at last achieved, thanks to the Macmillan nurse, not the GP, we have the emotional stuff, I have to look him in the face, tears in both our eyes & tell him whatever happens I'll not see hime & mum split up.     My dad, now 82, suffered his first heart attack, aged 63, just before my daughter arrived in 1991, went on to have problems for the next few years.
