    I can't believe it is so long since I put anything on this blog. A lot has happened since. My high dose Methotrexate chemo and the other chemos are now finished. I got through them much better than I expected, no real sickness. Headache and gross fatigue were my only real side effects.     Where has time gone! Only one more week of chemo to come. I don't like to be a wimp but I must admit I have had a rough time the last to to three weeks. My consultant came and sat next to me while i was in hospital a week past Thursday and said with a smile "oh at last you like a patient on high dose chemotherapy" he did say with a smile.     I new things were going to get harder just by looking at the chemo schedule. I also new i had come through so far with only minimal side effects of tiredness and nagging headaches. It was bound to get worse I thought.

    Emotions suddenly hit home My lovely wife Sue is doing well now she has got over a heavy cold, fortunately she was at her worst while I was in hospital but felt guilty not being at home to support her.
