  • Day 20 Chemo 3 Vampire day again

Had to fight to get to the hospital today as the traffic was very heavy but we did make it on time.
Had my blood taken and delivered it to the Path Lab.
On the way home we went shopping as I like to get as much in as possible to help Ray as I'm no good after chemo.
Tried to post a parcel but the queue was so long in the post office we decided to leave it until later so just got home and had a cuppa soup as we were…

  • Day 16 Chemo 3 Put the Christmas Decorations up

I slept right through to 5.30am today, so was well pleased as it is nice to wake up refreshed.

Off we went to the hospital--the Bi-op has been done --They stick a long needle into the throat and scrape around then with the help of suction, suck up the  bits and put on a slide.
    He said it all looks…
  • Day 14 Chemo 3 the Visitor's

I couldn't sleep, I think I was to tired and exhausted to sleep.
I got up at 1.30am then went back to bed to try again, which I think I did drop off but was up at 4.30am again.
My ankles were well swollen, this seems to happen in the middle of the 21 days so I think it must be something to do with my Immune system.
So I took the water tablets which of coarse send's me running to the loo.
    We were expecting…
