    After a hectic few days and nights the storm seems to be settling today.  The symptoms have ranged from energy to lethargy, optimism to pessimism, sleeping well and not sleeping well at all.

    The 'wonder drug' finally arrived by courier van yesterday afternoon.  Opened the pack and read the instructions.  I am to take abiraterone on an empty stomach, not less than two hours after a meal and not less than one hour before eating.   • Day 3 diet and visualisations

    Interesting day.  First the regime: lots of fruit and now the visualisations with bone breathing as mentioned in Day 2.  I have extended the bone breathing to include the whole skeleton.  As many will know the human skeleton from museums etc, imagining this is not too difficult.  To the foot-leg-thigh-pelvis breathing I have now added the arms to include the rib cage and spine at the same time; from left hand through forearm…

    Another good day, too early to be due to my diet attempts.  I'm doing Chinese bone breathing and visualisation as well, as advised by Professor Gearin-Tosh.
