    Having been back home for a week after my cruise, my only problem has been readjusting to the climate, after temperatures of mid 20's to mid 30's, although warm here, it is still a shock. I am pleased to say that my health still feels good, although there is some stiffness in my hips after some extra walking activities.     It is a little while since I have blogged anything here. Life is as good as it will ever be. Since my last blog, things have been on the up. I am now fully active as a walk leader. My interest in photography has grown since buying a new camera, I get out more, the exercise is good, although I do stiffen up somewhat.     My last entry was for 2nd July. I will continue but without the days/dates etc.

    In short, most days are pretty much the same, shopping etc. There were a few highlights, such as my Eldest son's 42nd birthday, his treat. I went Buzzard hunting with my new camera, and got a few good shots in. Just me, the camera and nature, unbeatable.     Who knows? 17th June saw my last radiotherapy in Birmingham. I have been too busy to update my blog, so here goes. Life has returned to normality, whatever that was. The first thing was to get back to my walk leadership duties, 8 weeks of inactivity is going to take some catching up to do.     Day 1: Tuesday 22nd April. An uneventful trip to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. We left home at 08:30 and took the M42, M6 & A38(M) as our route. We arrived early, somewhere around 09:35, my appointment was for 11:05, but I have to be at the hospital 1hr before to allow for the use of the enema to do it’s job and also to empty the bladder…
