Having been back home for a week after my cruise, my only problem has been readjusting to the climate, after temperatures of mid 20's to mid 30's, although warm here, it is still a shock. I am pleased to say that my health still feels good, although there is some stiffness in my hips after some extra walking activities. Friday night, I spent 3 hours or more escorting 3 parties of people, mostly children at a Halloween evening at a local forestry centre, the groups sizes were between 80-90+. This meant a rather late dinner, something I am quite used to. Nothing much else to sat really so I'll close.
Regards to all.
