I had my MUGA scan this avo. For those of you who dont know ( and I probably have blogged about this before) a MUGA is a scan which checks heart function. You are given an injection of radioactive isotopes and a tracer then you lie on a machine for about 15 minutes and it looks at how well your heart pumps blood around the body.
