Anyone else thinking about Christmas yet?? lol

Oh well I'm annoyed....I posted a blog this morning and it has disappeared off the face of the internet lol. Well I cant remember exactly what I put but it was something like treatment went well yesterday. I expected it would as this Herceptin is a bit of a breeze although I do feel a little tired today. Thats nothing new!! I stubbed my toe this morning on the hoover just as I was leaving for school run, have a nasty gash across the top. I had to hobble all the way to school in the rain and it is very sore now. Silly me. My little girl is home today feeling poorly with this awful bug going around. I had a bad cold a couple of weeks back so did my eldest, then he was really ill again last week now her.

Anyone else thinking about Xmas yet? I have started getting some things and we are also thinking about going out for dinner. I know its quite expensive but it is also my bday and I never get to go out. Besides I hate spending all morning in the kitchen when all the kids want me to do is play with them with their new stuff!! Anyone else made any plans??

Yep I have, I shall be working most of Christmas (yipeee) I shall go to the pub while the dinner is burning and I shall have cronic indigesion for the rest of the day! Sound great to me!....love Carol x

Hi Chrissi,

Hope your toe is feeling better.

My god you are way ahead of me I am just getting my head around Halloween (all those kids knocking) and have made a half hearted attempt and bought a few fun bags of little choccie things.

Last year I had sweets and fruit....well I still had the fruit the next day the kids were horrified when I offered them an apple instead of sugar, still I did chuckle to think of all those hyper kids that would be jumping round all nite.

Think I will wait till bonfire night is over before contemplating Xmas.

christmas plans ..... errr we had an invitation a couple of weeks ago to go to someones house for xmas dinner .....good ??? errr no i dont really like the woman that asked !!! hahaha ..... typical eh?

before you know where we are .... we;ll be on here saying merry christmas and happy birthday !

(its mine boxingday! ..... i'll be errr ....very old!)

go book your meal ...its good to have nice things to look forward to

My hubby has obviously decided to take charge of Christmas food this year. He's bought Delia Smith's Christmas book so we should be having some fabulous things to eat. I've sort of started to think of what to get everyone, but might do most of my christmas shopping online. I hate going shopping when it's heaving with people. it's not that far off now so suppose I'd better get my backside into gear.

Hi

Yes I have been thinking about Christmas and started making my Xmas cards ( I just love card making) - but lately have been so tired, fedup, depressed, weary - did not seem to have an inspiration. One of my colleagues said send them in to work we will sell them for you - so I thought good idea - do it for Breast cancer.

So now I am going to have to buy cards to send to my own friends rather than making them - but will make sure they come from the Hospital and are for Cancer Care/Research.

I wonder how we will all be feeling at Christmas - I wish I was a kid again!
