    Hi folks, me again :-)

    And yet another few days of self inflicted madness since I blogged here last Thursday.

    Went over to Ascot to a jazz club there on Thursday evening to see my mate Ben Waters play. He was fab as usual and I think that Peter (T's boss) and Molly loved it too. They were clapping their hands and singing along so I hope they liked it! Food there was good, I had pasta and meatballs with real tinned tomatoes…

    Yet another group of days go by in this first month of the new year. I just can't believe that it is Thursday already! 

    Our week has been as manic as ever with loads of work type work to do but all good stuff that I am enjoying. A few trips to different parts of the country but at least we only had a small flurry of snow yesterday that was no problem at all. Ordinary life is just filling up our time and doing wedding…

    Not sure what is happening but the space time balance is shifting. It feels that it was Tuesday yesterday but how come they tell me today in Sunday? I think I remember Friday, or was it Thursday?, when I went to help the one they call Kim buy some new glasses. Me thinks it was a success, hope she still agrees with my fashion advice once they get delivered!

    But how come time goes so quickly? I know there are 24 hours…

    Dear diary,

    Monday morning and, at last, we had been able to get out of the village now that the snow had started to melt a tiny bit. But it was still cold and driving was still a challenge to us all. Off on a 20 mile trip for a meeting to hopefully pick up a cheque from a client and the roads were "clear" which meant that the motorways are clear but once you come off them... good luck!
