    Phew! What a weekend. :-)

    And all we did was a massive clear up of the house. Not quite finished but about 80% done. At least we can now find things in our little house and, for the first time ever... we have no boxes of stuff left un-opened since the move!

    Well it is now Friday and we are into yet another day of not being able to get out of our street let alone the village! 

    Essentials were getting very low and we had only enough milk for one more cup of tea this morning when we decided that we needed to don our boots, coats, hats and gloves and see if any deliveries had managed to make it to the local shops.

    The walk to the local Spa found us in a still depleted shop…

    I've just had a quick look at my recent blogs and it seems that I have been thinking and chatting about feelings quite a bit and haven't explained much about what has actually been happening here at chateau A & T.

    Christmas and New Year were fun although a bit too busy at times but then again I suppose it's meant to be! I must admit the playing of silly games was good medicine as was the singing competition…

    It seems all the more sad when we lose friends over the Christmas and New Year period but that is what has happened to some wonderful people on here.

    The loss of a loved one is so difficult and you never forget their passing. And it takes time to be able to remember them, their faces, their laughter and their funny quirks without the tears coming. But we all do get there in the end.
