I have been on Letrozole for just over 3 months now, it is working as my endometrial cancer has shrunk to just a residual amount(Docs description) but my hair has gone from straight to uncontrollable curly! Had to have it cut really short as it looked like I had stuck my finger in an electric socket!

Has anyone else had this problem? Ok not a great one but have never had to deal with curls.

Curls are great - I have curly hair (which is handy as it's so thin!). Just got to use different products - try a nice hair oil, defines the curls, rather than frizz :-)

When my brother & my mum lost their hair when on chemo, it came back as baby soft curly hair, then it went back to normal when the curls grew out.

  • Hi Sparkz,

When my daughter had chemo her normally straight hair  fell out, but returned  curly. She looked lovely!! It soon reverted to her normal straight hair, though. xx .
