I'm having my picc line removed tomorrow at the picc clinic. Hubby can't take me as he has so much work and will be catching up on stuff from the weekend (he's a civil servant).
Two questions
Will I be ok to drive home after~about 10 minute drive.
I'm a wimp~will it hurt.
Hi Nina60. Hope you don't mind a man jumping in on this but I noticed your post heading. I had a PICC line in my arm for several months. It took seconds to remove and I didn't even realise it was out, it was so quick and painless. Drove home with no problems and no after effects. Hoping the same for you. Best wishes.
