It's Pancake Day today! So get those crepes bought or made ready for your tea!
Remember, main course and pudding are crepe worthy, so don't just relegate them to dessert!

I forgot! and I have had my tea now. I will have to do it tomorrow.
I forgot too! I bet made some great pancakes though - she's made my mouth water with mention of her food on here before!
LittleRunner and RollercoasterRide have you had your pancakes now?
Cause, the funniest thing is that I will finally be getting my pancakes today! lol
I wasn't fit enough to stand and cook the pancakes on Tuesday, so after my exercise class I nipped to the Asda round the corner to grab some ready made pancakes...... BUT THEY HAD NONE!!!!!
So I added them to the online shopping I had arriving last night, so will eat them today for lunch and probably tea too. lol. So I've some quorn chicken pieces I'm going to do in a mushroom sauce with baby sweetcorn, mange tout, and maybe some asparagus. Then for dessert, I treated myself to some Gu Chocolate and hazelnut spread because it was on sale. So fingers crossed it's at least as good as Nutella!

Hi Lass, yes I had a pancake on Wednesday. In a cafe. I can make them myself, but I always make such a mess of the kitchen - 5 minutes eating then half an hour clearing up!
I'm half scared and half intrigued as to how you make a half hour to clean up mess making pancakes! lol.
Whisk, measuring jug, frying pan, plate, done. XD

LOL, it's a special talent I have. I can cause devastation over a wide area while doing the simplest of jobs.
Further example... today my shopping bag blew away in the wind, then when I got home my dinner blew up BANG in the microwave. Rice everywhere.
Oh my! Lol. Hope there was enough food left to eat!
Tbh, I've made plenty of messes in my microwave. Lol. It likes to underdo or overdo things, and by overdoing it, it pops and explodes all over. So lids and plates on top of bowls are a habit now. Lol
