Doc has taken biopsies and thinks it looks like womb cancer. Ct scan of body tomorrow. I am on max paracetamol to deal wit h womb pain. And at night I have started to shiver a m d shake. Parrot male it to away.
Is this vc bad news?
Bless you Carol you are really going through it.
Maybe if it is a UTI it could be that making the pain worse. I didn't know that I had a UTI at the time of my hysterectomy, it resulted in me having to stay in hospital for an extra night and I came home with antibiotics but these didn't work and I ended up back on hospital. My advice Carol would be to see you GP first thing in the morning and get some antibiotics which will sort it out quickly for you.
If you click on any of our names you will be able to read our profiles (known on the site as Bios) If and when you feel up to it if you could write a little or alot about your experience it is helpful for the ladies to help and support you. You can do this by clicking on profile.
I hope your pre op goes OK, it's really nothing to worry about, you usually see a nurse and the anesthetist who ask general health questions, do weight, height, and a blood test if you haven't already had that done.Lets hope that you get your operation date quickly so that all of this will be behind you.
Please let us know how it goes.
Many thanks MarmiteFan for adding your link.

Hi Carol nad
So sorry for your diagnosis and that you are in a lot of pain. I too was diagnosed with Grade 3 cancer but was stage 1a. I have completed my treatments and have now been referred back to surgical team for future follow up.
My latest scans and CA125 Blood tests were all clear so potentially I could be cured!
I am through the 'other side' but it's been tough at times. You too will hopefully have the same story to tell in a few months fingers crossed. Hang in there you can come through this. You can read my bio by clicking on my username Madesp it may help, but I'm usually around the site should you need to ask e anything. There are a few of us Grade 3 ladies at different stages on the way, so please reach out for support should you need it. You are not alone and we do understand. Take care x x
It's only natural to want the op over and done with as the mind plays tricks on you and start to imagine all sorts of worrying symptoms that the cancer is growing out of control. I was very much like this had terrible tummy cramping and got myself into a right mess thinking about the cancer spreading wildly but in the end it was not so and although it took about two months from hysteroscopy to hysterectomy it was still staged at 1A. Hopefully you will be over this part very soon and recovering at home. X
So pleased for you Mad about your scan results and blood tests
Hiya, yes it was such relief that I didn't need to subject my daughters into having testing etc. The report stated there was no explanation for my cancer and it was sporadic. Very pleased, hope you're doing ok and feeling well! X
Hiya, That's why this site is so good, everything you fear or have thought of is right here as someone has been through this and can tell you their side so you don't feel alone, it's good to talk. Hope you're feeling better today and try stay positive x
