Hi everyone,
I just had a scan last week after my chemotherapy. Now I have a meeting with Oncologist this week. I’m getting nervous and anxious with hope that chemotherapy has worked so far. Losing hair, weight loss and painful body, my whole life changed but hope is still there. Women with womb and breast cancer that I’ve heard or seen, so vulnerable so easy and so quickly spreading without knowing and adding a full stop to our lives. I pray every day and pray for all those women suffering into this painful journey.
Could anyone please share your experience after 3 cycles of chemotherapy for womb cancer? Thank you
Hi N.sami, I haven't had chemotherapy myself but I know there are a few ladies here who have, and I hope someone sees your post soon who can share their experiences with you. I hope your meeting with the oncologist goes well, I am sending you best wishes.
Hello Sami
How are you? My mum also has endometrial cancer recurrence....it’s spread to her lymph nodes and para ortic lymph nodes. She’s halfway through her chemo and is also on an immunotherapy trial drug. I’m desperately hoping for the best

Hello Lucki,
Hello N.Sami

mum is having the immunotherapy drug called atezolizumab with her chemo Her first scan is tomorrow and we are all very nervous but not showing it to mum
Is this the same as your immunotherapy drug? Happy to share further details with you
sending you tons of best wishes Remember you are the boss in all this and will beat it Just stay positive xxxxxxx
Morning lucki,
I hope your mum’s scan went well. My immunotherapy is called Nivolumb. Because the cancer has spread to lungs, that’s why the oncologist offered this drug. We all need to be strong and hopeful with this drug. I can imagine the family goes through with me, it’s hard but finger cross. God bless you and your family. X
Hi & Lucki2021
It might be a good idea for you to also join the Chemotherapy forum where there'll be others having the same treatments so you might find some answers.
Sending hugs your way, Barb xx
