Breast cancer.

I had radiotherapy for triple negative breast cancer and would have been okay to drive to my appointments. The only reason that I didn't was because parking can be difficult at my hospital and I didn't want the stress of struggling to find somewhere to park.

Hey thanks for that my daughter is worried about the side effects of radiotherapy what was your experience please 

I developed a slightly itchy rash after about the 7th of 10 radiotherapy sessions but this quickly cleared up after the radiotherapy nurse prescribed hydrocortisone cream along with some antihistamine tablets.

I didn't have any other side effects.

I drove to my appointments. I had no problems at the time but my skin peeled a few weeks later.
