Hey everyone
I just wondered if anyone has drank any alcohol during their treatment? It’s my 40th this week my family and friends want to do things if I’m well which may involve some alcohol just wondered if anyone had been drinking alcohol and how they responded to a few drinks?

Hi Geeze welcome to the forum.. I expect it will depend on what kind of treatment that your having. That said I'm sure a small amount of alcohol to celebrate such a milestone would be allowed..However just to say that the alcohol may take effect quickly especially if you haven't Been drinking for a while.. Just be cautious and careful and sorry if I'm.sounding like a party pooper but enjoy yourself and kick up them heels

Thank you I’ve currently completed cycle 1 of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. It’s all within reason I suppose just need to see how my body takes alcohol. And thanks I’m letting my hair down
