Ive not wrote anything on here in a while but im currently having radiotherapy and yesterday i saw my ongologist who said that although i have 8 rounds of radiotherapy to go as far as they are concerned im in remission which has shocked me because i thought they wouldnt be able to tell until all my treatment is over.
Hi
Hope you coped well with chemo, nice to see the light at then end of the tunnel eh ?
Surgery is the main treatment so once the cancer has been removed everything else is backup therapy to try and stop any recurrence so in that respect you are definitely in remission
Next stage is trying to get your head around not worrying about that happening once you get released from the NHS umbrella :-/
