I am guessing you mean Filgrastim injections? Yes, I found they made my bones hurt. Ibuprofen and antihistamine tablets helped a bit but paracetamol didn’t touch the sides. I experimented with when was the best time of day to take them. Some people suggest evening but I found they made it difficult to get comfortable in bed. About 4pm worked best for me. It was worse in the first cycle than subsequent ones - I guess my body got used to them. 

Thank you for your reply.. sending hubby  to get antihistamine   .try anything.  Chemo ward don't tell you how hard it will be. Learning the hard way. Worth it in the end.    Are you feeling  healthy?

Yes I am ok. I have metastatic TNBC so it’s been a long tale.
