Hi
im triple negative in my right breast and am due a mastectomy in March. There’s no genetics involved but there’s spread into two lymph nodes. My tumour has reacted well to chemo so I’m now being offered a partial as well as a full mastectomy of my right breast. I feel I need to do the full to give me the best chance, and it’s what I was told from the beginning I would need so not a shock. But how do I decide if I should have the unaffected boob off to? I haven’t been offered this but know I can ask. Any help greatly appreciated
