Hi all, I had my surgery to remove my thyroid cancer in November and had my RAI on January 13th.
I was due for my first checkup tomorrow which of course has been cancelled ! I feel very scared and vulnerable at this stage as I dont know when things will return to normal and I get to see my Consultant. I know there are some very unwell people out there that need medical attention but I was waiting eagerly for my check up for reassurance that all is well and the cancer has not come back or spread somewhere else.
