Hi guys!
I am 36 years old. I lost my left testicule due to doctor's mistake not due cancer. My testocterone level fluctuates between 16-26. I don’t know what testosterone was before the accident, but apparently higher. Now, after 10 months from the day of the orchiectomy, I feel a significant decrease in libido, the sensitivity of the penis is reduced, sometimes it seems that it is just a piece of wood. Plus, the volume of ejaculate has become 2-3 times smaller.
Do you have the same symptoms? And if so, how did you deal with it?
Hi BC.
26 is really high. 16 is somewhat low for your age but not really low. A fluctuation of that magnitude will certainly be felt though. Mine varies from as low as 13 if I'm a bit under the weather to 19 if I'm well and able to exercise. I'm 49 and I can feel the difference.
I have no difference in sensitivity. Volume of ejaculate maybe reduced a bit and a bit thicker in consistency.
Best wishes
G
Hi G
Thanks for your reply. But can I clarify - did you notice that libido was down after testicular removed? In my case i feel it on level 25-26 and on 16 in compare when i had both...
In the first year after I didn't notice any changes in libido, but I was in good health and exercising. Then I had a really bad reaction to my Covid jab in Feb 2021 that really impacted me for many months. I couldn't exercise and my testosterone dropped and my libido did too. Over the last few months I've been starting to recover and get towards fitness again. My testosterone is back up, but I would have to say my libido is lagging behind somewhat.
Hey
i had covid in october 21 and around the end of january my libido plummeted. Maybe this damn covid is really bad for libido and testosterone, especially for men like us with one testicle.
And did u notice that size of your penis size has shrunk or it is the same?
No change in the size of my penis. My remaining nut might have got a bit bigger, but I think that's fairly common.
My theory is that maybe having one nut makes your t levels fluctuate further and faster with your level of heath and fitness. But that's just my theory.
