Hi sorry but another post , recap I have a stomach cancer  and peretonial secondaries and also a duodenal stent.I have been prescribed paracetamol  which I take during the day and 5ml oramorph which I take  before bed although i could take it when required...I have been doing this since being in hospital  However I now have severe constipation and terrible low down pain it's like passing beach pebbles lol especially after not going for 2days , that pain is worse than the pain in my stomach and is so crippling,  what is the best way to manage this please until I can speak to my nurse next week  ....if it is the oramorph will it get better with time.

Many thanks sorry for being a pain ..

  • Hi

I also have stomach cancer and suffer similar side effects. I've found Dulcolax very helpful. I take them at bedtime. I really do hope that you feel better very soon and hope this might help with future episodes. Good luck with everything
