Hi. I was diagnosed with H Pylori in Dec 23 by my GP and given antibiotics. The feeling I had of my stomach being at war with itself when empty went away however I continued to have acid reflux and pain if I ate a large meal. 

I had an endoscopy in March and was diagnosed with Linitis Plastica, a rare form of stomach cancer. I also had an ulcer at the time.

I don’t know much about the linkage or there is one (as none of the doctors have mentioned) however I’m happy to chat further. 

Thank you for your reply, Im reading there is a conection to stomach cancer, im on the anti biotics atm but the worry is that my partner had esophageal cancer and I seem to have everything he had.  Hoping it wont be long for the camera test again.  Just thought I would ask some questions so I can be prepared.  Maybe worry too much 

Yes I had h pylori, my symptoms were reflux only. However my gastric cancer didn’t develop as though h pylori caused it so we’re not sure if that was the cause or not. 

Thanks for your reply chloe I've been following your posts, this is my worry the tablets are making me ill and nothing has changed from I started them, hopefully get the camera in the next 2 weeks
