Hello
I actually joined this Community recently because my eldest son has recently been diagnosed with Thymus cancer.
But his younger brother had Non Cardia stomach cancer. It was caused by his catching Helicobacter Pylori, a stomach eating bug which is also carcinogenic, on a backpacking trip to India. Because we didn't know the risk of it, or that travelers need to test for it on their return from countries that don't sterilize their tap water, it led to stomach cancer. He had no symptoms until it was terminal. He was given 2 to 5 months to live and survived for 3. He died three years ago this week. He was only 40. I think of him constantly.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
