Hi everyone,
We’ve launched our annual survey for 2024! We want to hear what you think about the Online Community.
The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete. The survey is anonymous.
Please complete our survey here.
This survey is designed to give you an opportunity to provide feedback on your experiences of using Macmillan’s Online Community, helping us to make improvements where needed and ensure that it continues to be a valuable resource for people living with cancer.
If you have any questions or want to find out more, please feel welcome to contact us at community@macmillan.org.uk.
bumping again - but also adding - in my survey, I flagged the user unfriendliness of the site from a build point of view. Case in point - when I clicked on the survey, it didn't take me to a new window but navigated me away from the site and when I was finished, it didn't bring me back. So many small and big things like this affect the usability of the site imo.
Knowledge makes us stronger. Research, question, share and demand more from your doctors. Read my profile for my dad's stage IV story.
Thank you SDH,
That feedback is very helpful. We hope is to see some changes to the site later this year that will see usability improved.
A big thank you to everyone who answered the annual survey.
The survey is now closed.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
