Went out last night for a meal with MrsP , Eyes bigger than belly paying for it today lesson learnt
But i dont know if effects of covid vacine are not helping

Good to hear that you were able to go out with Mrs P for a meal but sorry to hear that it caused tummy troubles.
I hope that they have settled now but if not maybe speak to your CNS or GP for some advice? It may possibly due to the effects of the covid vaccine but that is only something a medical person can confirm.
Hopefully all has settled now
