Just finished my last 4 chemotherapy after op, so have just got to get through my bad weekend, lost loads of weight mainly muscle I think,
Anybody got any ideas on how to gain weight food tips exercise.??

Well done in getting through chemo! I found it hard to put on weight after a partial gastrectomy and lost a lot of weight before and during chemo. I found eating high fat and high protein foods. I also found it helped to log the food I ate on my Fitbit. It ensured I was getting enough calories from the small portions. I ate things like porridge with full fat milk and yoghurt and some banana for breakfast, a mid morning snack , lunch was things like avocado..then dinner was things like fish pie or baked potato.. I also had hot chocolate at bedtime…
You do need to try different foods to find out what works for you..

It takes a few weeks to recover especially after chemo..
