Another spot of basal cell carcinoma has occurred on my nose and my doctor recommends electron beam radiation due to the placement and depth. Can anyone tell me about their experience with electron beam radiation on their face for basal cell carcinoma?

Hi VickiJean welcome to the forum. Im no expert at all re this but as I understand this type of treatment it focuses on the specific area of cancer and preserves the healthy tissue and skin. Like most of these treatments the skin could potentially become red, sore and need moisturising but I'm sure the unit where you are having this will explain all this for you.
