I’m posting this hoping it will encourage people who are worrying about upcoming surgery. I had my bcc diagnosed early December and surgery was booked for January 30th. It went very well and was painless and I did not need a skin graft although initially I was told I would. stitches came out a few days ago and its healed nicely. They had to shave a small amount of hair but fortunately the little patch is well hidden. I know I've been very lucky, it's not so straightforward for everyone. Wishing everyone who reads this the same good result and sending you all love and hugs.
