Oh, that’s interesting.  So it would be possibly 3cm if it’s involving both zones.  HOWEVER, “histology is King” and yours is 3-4, so mainly tightly packed cells. Don’t be freaked out by the PIRADS 5 - that just means that they have a good MRI image.   N0 means nothing seen in the lymph nodes.  AW

great news . My OH has had RT and he’s doing good  main side affect was fatigue but he continued to walk and started the gym after he finished .   Any questions this fab group will give you the support you need.
