New to the forum - just had the phone call with MRI results - told PIRADS 5 & biopsy next - PSA was 6.8 & GP referred due to one part of prostate larger than other.
Now totally stressed out thinking this probably means cancer but realise I shouldn't assume the worst at this stage.
Oh, that’s interesting. So it would be possibly 3cm if it’s involving both zones. HOWEVER, “histology is King” and yours is 3-4, so mainly tightly packed cells. Don’t be freaked out by the PIRADS 5 - that just means that they have a good MRI image. N0 means nothing seen in the lymph nodes. AW
